About the Founder
Our Founder, O. Tameka Wren, has been recognized as a "voice of reason" in confusing, ambiguous, or difficult situations. She is highly experienced in solving employee relations issues and intervening to manage conflict to prevent further escalation.
Her symphony of experiences has created a tapestry of deep verticals of knowledge and understanding that have benefited many clients in different industries with diverse lived experiences. From her first job as a sales associate in retail to becoming a manager, to an attorney, to working as a human resource professional, she learned about leading with empathy, engaging with positive intent, and respecting different perspectives.
This allowed her to pivot and work in various roles in multiple industries, including utilities, banking, energy, retail, and healthcare. These experiences expanded her perspective and provided her many opportunities to lead strategic enterprise-wide projects that improved operational efficiencies, productivity, quality, and the workplace experience for diverse stakeholders.
She believes resilience and empathy are vital because change is constant, and we all experience these changes differently. As we navigate life's challenges personally and professionally, she is dedicated to her mission to empower teams and individuals to deliver results and ascend.
